Regular Schedule (Year Round)

  • Tuesday Evenings 6pm - 8pm
    • 6pm - 7pm: Warm ups, stretching, basic skills, youth/beginner focused.
    • 7pm - 8pm: More advanced skills. Everyone is welcome, but skills can be more challenging.
  • Saturday Mornings 10am - 12pm
    • 10am - 11am: Warm ups, stretching, basic skills, youth/beginner focused.
    • 11am - 12pm: More advanced skills. Everyone is welcome, but skills can be more challenging.

Summer Schedule (In addition to the above)

  • Thursday Evenings 6pm - 7:15pm
    • Outdoor weapons-focused practice.
    • Weather permitting.
